Imagined by Atelier Paradis, La Cave du Parapluie is conceived as the more daring counterpart to Le Parapluie, a standout on Montreal’s gastronomic scene, recognized with a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide.

In contrast to the restaurant’s bright atmosphere, the space embraces a darker, more raw identity, where deep materials, subdued lighting, and metallic accents create a vibrant setting designed as a lively bar.

Steel and aluminum elements — tables, shelving, counters, columns, and banquettes — contribute to this bold character through a presence that is at once understated, robust, and expressive.
